Context

Vlierbeekriders, a cycling club with 300 members, ran on WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and email. Registrations, payments and attendance: all manual, all error-prone.

The platform

Four applications on one foundation: a public website with CMS, an installable member app with thirteen modules (rides, events, payments, badges, statistics, push notifications), a scanner app for QR check-ins, and a backend with five custom extensions.

In daily use since launch — run by volunteers, without Koneva involvement in day-to-day operation.
