You don’t have to take our word for it. Every phase proves itself.
Every phase delivers something that stands on its own, and every phase ends with a decision that is entirely yours.
Discovery
We map your operation: the people, the money flows, the obligations, the systems and their edges. Not with a questionnaire — in working sessions with the people who do the work. You see in black and white what your current software does, what it holds back, and what that costs you today.
- a map of your operation, in your words — not ours
- a verdict per system component: build over it, connect to it, or replace it later
- a phased build proposal with a fixed price per phase
- an explicit list of what we would NOT build — and why
You decide with the proposal on the table. If it ends here, you own an analysis that stands on its own — usable with another builder too. If we continue together, the discovery fee is credited.
Build
Every few weeks something new lands that your team actually uses — an app in the field, an inbox that sorts itself, a report that is simply ready. No months of silence followed by a big reveal: you watch the system grow, module by module, while your current software keeps running. Quality is built in — tested, secured and monitored from day one; your technical adviser will find the details on the platform page.
You pay per delivered milestone. If a milestone disappoints, that is a conversation — not an invoice.
Partnership
Your operation changes; your platform changes with it. We watch over the system, keep it secure and current, and keep building what pays off most for you — in a continuous, prioritised stream. You are never in a support-desk queue: you call the people who built it.
No leap of faith
Whether we build around your current system or replace it in phases is not a matter of belief — it is the outcome of discovery. Per component the verdict reads: build over it, connect to it, or replace it later — in that order of preference. Every step reversible, every step proving itself.
Frequently asked questions
Why a firm, if there's AI?
We use AI intensively — that is exactly why we can now deliver platform work that used to take a team of ten. What you buy from us is not typing but accountability: domain modelling, architecture, and someone who loses sleep over your go-live.
What if something happens to the founder?
See the four commitments: your platform runs on your infrastructure, on a standard stack, with documentation in order. Continuity is an architecture decision here, not a promise.
Why are there no prices on this site?
Because any price without analysis is a guess — hedged upward with margin you pay for. Discovery has a fixed price you know up front; after it you get fixed phase prices per delivered milestone. No surprises, no billing by the hour.
Does our current system have to be replaced?
Usually not right away. Often the core is healthy as a system of record and the pain sits around it. Then we build the modern layer — apps, automation, reporting — on top of what runs, and replace only what has proven itself.
Do you take smaller projects?
Koneva focuses on platform engagements an operation runs on. For smaller work we gladly refer.
Which sectors?
Operations-heavy companies: property and management, case-heavy services, member and event organisations. The pattern is what counts: an operation outgrowing its software.
